Each module contains a lesson video which gives background information about mindfulness techniques, inspiration and material for reflection. Each module also has a specific guided meditation. Some modules also have bonus resources such as worksheets and booklets.
There is over 82 min of lesson time spread out over the seven modules. With over 108 min of guided mindful meditations. The time spent on each module is up to you, you could spend any where between 5 and 30 min of each module.
There is no time limit set on the e-course.
