Meditation has long been part of Karen’s life, with 40 years of personal practice.
For the last 10 years, her interest has extended to sharing this with others for health and wellbeing, including in her role on staff in a large acute hospital, working in the area of grief and loss.
She participates in ongoing study and has completed meditation teacher training.
