Biodiversity is being lost forever around the world; this week's UN report estimates 1 Million species are extinct, others say 75%. Species are endangered on which we depend for pollinating our food.
To prepare ourselves and act, we need to acknowledge our seas are damaged, acidic and rising. "Flooding and desertification will render vast areas uninhabitable and lead to mass migration (eg Bangladesh & the armed border fence erected.) Natural disasters are increasing and can no longer be ignored by any beings of sound rational thought, ethical conscience or spiritual belief.” From worldwide 'Extinction Rebellion' statement, who "act in peace, with ferocious love of these lands in our hearts. [who] act on behalf of Life." Will we join them?
