Today we are privileged to be the guests of the Nalandra Buddhist Meditation Centre , 2 pm at 1F Ailsa street, Box Hill South. Please feel free to join us as this is an ideal opportunity to learn more about the practice of mindfulness from Zimwock Rinpoche .
