o Values and Practices for collaborative decision making
The Consultant for the process, Rev. Terence Corkin, has stressed the importance of having the whole range of views from the congregation present at the workshop on July 21st 9.00 am – 1.30 pm. I agree that this is in the best interests of the congregation and our chances of mending our broken relationships.
I realise that it may not easy for you and some others to feel comfortable about being involved, so I am reaching out to encourage your attendance and contribution. The members at St Michael’s need to find a way to come together and I hope that we call all use the opportunity provided by this process to make a start on this important journey.
