Exhibition Opening – Jane Downing “Gratitude”

Join us as we celebrate the opening of Jane Downing’s vibrant and inspirational artwork in the St Michael’s Gallery.
Jane Downing focuses on things to be grateful for. Since embarking on her creative journey this sense of gratitude has been highlighted even more.
Jane started painting a year and a half ago. “It is my happy place; a place to ‘be’, reflect, ponder, be at peace and to explore and play.” She says.
Her bright paintings showcase her love of colour and expression. Jane paints from within, from her emotions, from her life experience; exploring the feeling of gratitude through art.
Jane aims to provoke thought, thanks, nurture, caring for each other through the paintings in this exhibition.
